The product is made of unglazed ceramic - an organic material that reacts with water, soil, and chemicals, causing natural deposits to appear on the surface depending on usage. This is a completely natural process that, together with the plant, creates a unique atmosphere. This pitcher will certainly add a Mediterranean character to the environment in which it is displayed. A small hole has been prepared in the bottom to allow excess water to drain, which can be blocked with a waterproof substance if necessary. This model is a seasonal garden planter - meaning it is not guaranteed to be frost-resistant and it is recommended to protect it during the winter - by removing it from direct exposure to weather conditions (e.g. storing it under cover or covering it). In order to extend the lifespan of the planter, it is recommended to additionally protect the inner walls with a liquid film before planting.
